Jonathan Schwartz trained as a chef in fine restaurants before earning a degree at the Culinary Institute of America. As executive chef, he participated in the opening of numerous restaurants located in new construction, historical buildings, and everything in-between. He brings hands-on experience, informed creativity, and knowledge of the latest innovations to every project.
